It all started when…

many years back when I volunteered with a grassroots organization that worked with people who had HIV/AIDS. I saw the difference a warm hug and undivided attention could make in someone’s life. This was part of my inspiration to become a healer — to support individuals who may feel they’ve been forgotten. From an exhausted counselor working for a nonprofit or a woman fearing the loss of her job to a teen facing homelessness or a man who’s hesitant to say he’s struggling.

Let Our Vibration Expand honors the collective healing power of a community coming together. It supports groups and organizations working individuals who have limited access to resources for improving their mental health.

Having worked in and with staffs of nonprofits, LGBTQ+ youth, women who were recently incarcerated, seniors, and people living in underserved communities, I have seen the impact of energy work — reducing stress and building internal strength—that begins in just a session or two.
